Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of berkover.com and the content, tools, assessments, artificial-intelligence features, and other services made available through it (collectively, the "Site").

The Site is operated by Nati Berkover / Effective Product Management ("Nati", "EPM", "I", "me", or "my").

By accessing or using the Site, including any of its content, tools, assessments, AI features, forms, or other functionality, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

The Site may present a short notice drawing your attention to these Terms. Dismissing that notice or choosing not to see it again does not replace the Terms themselves. For certain interactive features, the Site may repeat the Terms and Privacy notice at the point where you submit information or use the feature.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Nati Berkover, his professional work, services, projects, articles, frameworks, and other content.

The Site may also provide interactive functionality, including:

  • content search and discovery;
  • an AI-based assistant;
  • assessments and other self-service tools;
  • newsletter subscription;
  • contact and lead-qualification forms;
  • requests for access to meeting availability; and
  • other features introduced from time to time.

Use of the Site does not, by itself, create a consulting, advisory, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Any paid consulting, advisory, training, speaking, or other professional engagement is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, agreement, or other commercial terms agreed separately between the parties.

2. General Information, Not Regulated Professional Advice

Articles, frameworks, assessments, AI-generated responses, and other Site materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes.

They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Product, business, AI, data, and technology recommendations depend heavily on context. You remain responsible for evaluating whether any idea, framework, or recommendation is appropriate for you or your organization.

3. Ask Nati and Other AI Features

Ask Nati is not available in V1. The following applies only if AI features are separately made available.

The Site may include an artificial-intelligence assistant or other AI-powered functionality.

AI-generated responses:

  • may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information;
  • may misunderstand your question or context;
  • do not necessarily represent Nati's personal opinion or professional advice;
  • should not be the sole basis for important decisions; and
  • may be generated using third-party AI technology.

Where possible, the assistant may cite Site content or other approved sources so that you can review the underlying material.

The public AI assistant is designed to use approved public information. It is not intended to provide access to Nati's private email, private calendar contents, financial information, private files, or other private personal information.

Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, passwords, authentication credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or information that you are not authorized to disclose.

AI functionality may be limited, changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

4. Assessments and Interactive Tools

The Site may offer readiness assessments, scoring tools, frameworks, calculators, or other interactive experiences.

Results are directional and informational. They are not certifications, audits, guarantees, or independent professional evaluations.

Two organizations providing identical answers may still require different recommendations because their circumstances differ.

Questions, scoring models, recommendations, and methodologies may change as the tools evolve.

5. Meeting and Availability Requests

The Site may allow you to request permission to view selected meeting availability or to request a meeting.

A displayed time slot is not a guarantee that a meeting is available or confirmed.

A meeting is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation.

For privacy and security reasons, the Site may expose only bounded availability information and does not provide public access to Nati's underlying calendar or private calendar contents.

Meeting requests may be accepted or declined at Nati's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, including articles, frameworks, text, graphics, designs, assessments, software, and other materials, are owned by Nati Berkover and/or Effective Product Management and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may:

  • read and share links to publicly available Site content;
  • quote reasonable excerpts with appropriate attribution; and
  • use publicly available frameworks internally for legitimate personal or business purposes unless stated otherwise.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site;
  • sell or commercially redistribute Site content;
  • remove copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices;
  • falsely present Site content as your own;
  • use Site content to create a substantially competing content library or product;
  • systematically scrape or harvest Site content in a manner that materially burdens the Site or circumvents access controls; or
  • bypass technical restrictions or security controls.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent ordinary search-engine indexing, linking, citation, or lawful use.

Third-party trademarks, images, content, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Information You Submit

You are responsible for information that you submit through the Site.

You represent that:

  • you have the right to provide it;
  • providing it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law; and
  • it is not intentionally deceptive, malicious, or abusive.

You should not submit information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

Information submitted through contact, assessment, scheduling, newsletter, or AI functionality is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

You grant the Site a limited right to process submitted information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the relevant Site functionality and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
  • interfere with operation, performance, or security;
  • distribute malicious software or harmful code;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit intentionally false information for abusive or fraudulent purposes;
  • probe, bypass, or defeat access controls;
  • abuse AI or interactive services;
  • harvest personal information about other users;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; or
  • operate automated systems in a manner that materially burdens the Site.

Access may be restricted or blocked where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users, or its systems.

9. Newsletter and Communications

If you explicitly subscribe to the newsletter or other marketing communications, you may receive articles, updates, professional content, and information about relevant services or activities.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in marketing emails.

Providing contact information for another purpose, such as requesting a meeting, completing an assessment, or sending an enquiry, does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications unless you separately agree to receive them.

Operational communications relating to something you requested may still be sent when reasonably necessary to provide that service.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services.

Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, and security measures.

I am not responsible for third-party content or practices merely because the Site links to or integrates with them.

11. Availability and Changes

I aim to keep the Site useful, accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Features, content, and services may be added, changed, suspended, or removed.

Historical articles may reflect information, technology, or opinions applicable when they were written. Continued availability does not mean every statement remains current.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content and functionality are provided "as is" and "as available".

No warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, results obtained from use of the Site, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nati Berkover and Effective Product Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its content.

You remain responsible for decisions made using information obtained through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookies, similar technologies, and the informational privacy notice are described in the Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Site, applicable law, or business practices.

The revision date at the top indicates the latest published version.

Material changes may be highlighted where appropriate.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any jurisdiction, consumer rights, or mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the competent courts in Israel.
