Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Nati Berkover / Effective Product Management is committed to making berkover.com accessible and usable for people with disabilities.

Accessibility Target

The Site is designed with the goal of meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applicable accessibility requirements.

Accessibility is treated as part of the Site's design and engineering system rather than as a separate overlay.

Accessibility Measures

The Site's design and development standards include:

  • semantic HTML and meaningful page structure;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls;
  • visible keyboard focus indicators;
  • sufficient text and interface contrast;
  • content that does not rely on color alone to communicate meaning;
  • appropriate labels and accessible names for interactive controls;
  • alternative text for meaningful images;
  • responsive layouts intended to remain usable at increased zoom;
  • support for browser zoom up to at least 200%;
  • respect for the user's reduced-motion preference;
  • accessible form labels, validation, and error messages;
  • screen-reader-friendly state changes where practical;
  • interactive target sizes designed for reliable use.

Interactive features, when available, are intended to remain operable using keyboard navigation and assistive technology.

Testing and Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the Site evolves.

The pre-launch review should include:

  • automated accessibility testing;
  • keyboard-only navigation;
  • 200% zoom testing;
  • screen-reader testing;
  • form validation/error behavior;
  • Ask Nati, only if separately made available after V1;
  • readiness assessment;
  • cookie-consent controls.

No statement of third-party certification is made unless a formal certification has actually been completed.

Known Limitations

Despite ongoing effort, some content or functionality may not work perfectly with every combination of device, browser, and assistive technology.

Older imported documents or third-party content linked from the Site may also contain accessibility limitations outside my direct control.

Where I become aware of an accessibility problem that can reasonably be corrected, I will work to address it.

Alternative Access

If you encounter information or functionality that you cannot access, please contact me.

Where reasonably possible, I will try to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

Accessibility Feedback

Accessibility problems can be reported to:

Nati Berkover / Effective Product Management
Email: info@pmeffective.com

When reporting a problem, it is helpful to include:

  • the page or URL;
  • a description of the issue;
  • the browser/device used; and
  • the assistive technology involved, if relevant.

Physical Accessibility

berkover.com is primarily an online professional website.

There is no public walk-in service location represented by this website unless a specific page states otherwise.

Statement Updates

This statement will be updated following material accessibility reviews or major changes to the Site.

<!-- Publication gate: update this file after the pre-launch accessibility review if any known limitations need to be disclosed. -->
